My  hobby  is  yeading.    I like  to   read  story  books  and  geogra  phy   book’ sl.  l  can  

learh   abovt   people   and  their  ways   of  living  from  them  I  have  a  small  library.   it  is  made  up  of   books  which  my     mother  and   aunty  meas   present.     I  read       the  daily   papers   that  come  my  way.   we  must   learn  to   choose   good   reading   material.   we  must  hot   read  bad   books   which   fill  our  minds   with   bad  ideas.   we  must   get  help  from  our  parents  and   teachers   when   we  choose   books   to read   good  books  can   give  us a lot  of    help   whereas   bad  books   may  dousa    greatdeal  of    harm.    we  mustlearn    learn to   choose  books   weiiand   read  what  is  use  fuland  good

          Thank    you   for  your tetter.  you  have  a  sked  me  about  our  sinharaja  rainforest.   It  is  the  first  wold  heritaga  fovest  in  Sri  lanka.   the  forest  at  its  lowest  is  270  metres.   a  bove  the  sea  level.It  highest  point  is  1060 metres.    sinharaja  has 9  hills  of  which  the  tallest  is  hinipitigala, Its  peak  is  1170  metres  high.  Many  steams  start  from  the  high  ground  of  the   sinharaja  and  fall  in  to  bigger  riuers.  there  is a  small  water  fall  called  Duhuvilliella.   thank  you   sinharaja.

                                     My  mother My  mother’s  name  is  mrs  dilani.  her  village  is  kudawawe.  shelives     with    usin  kudawawe   she  is a    teacher.  she is  a  Good   housewife  too.   she cooks  very  tasty  mealsforus.  she  looks  after   us well.  I  love  my  mother  very  much.
