It is the first wold heritaga fovest in Sri lanka. the forest at its lowest is 270 metres. a bove the sea level.It highest point is 1060 metres. sinharaja has 9 hills of which the tallest is hinipitigala, Its peak is 1170 metres high. Many steams start from the high ground of the sinharaja and fall in to bigger riuers. there is a small water fall called Duhuvilliella. thank you sinharaja.
